Isabelle requested an ice cream cake roll for Easter dessert. Since it was a holiday, not just any cake roll would do. I was feeling an aqua blue sponge embellished with cherries.
Filled with cherry ice cream.
Drizzled with hot fudge sauce from the Susan Branch cookbook.
It is my FAVORITE fudge sauce. It is sticky and rich. Did I mention it was my favorite?
